Delete your account and data
Block Burst Battle — last updated: April 12, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your Block Burst Battle account and associated data held by us (the developer listed on Google Play). It does not delete your Google Account itself; Google accounts are managed in Google Account settings.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to maheerali.pk49@gmail.com with the subject line: Block Burst Battle - Account deletion request.
- In the email, include the email address you use with Google Sign-In (if you signed in with Google), or state that you used Play as guest and include any details that help us identify your account (for example, approximate time you last played, or your display name in-game if you remember it). If you know your in-app user ID, include it.
- We will confirm your request and process deletion within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).
What we delete
When we complete your request, we delete or anonymize data we hold for your account, including:
- Your authentication record for this app (Firebase Authentication).
- Your player profile in our database (for example, rating stored under your user ID).
- Leaderboard and score entries tied to your user ID where technically feasible.
What we may keep and for how long
- Backups and logs: Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups or server logs for a short period (usually up to 90 days) before they are overwritten.
- Legal requirements: We may retain minimal information if required by law.
- Aggregated data: We do not use deleted accounts for marketing. Fully anonymized, non-identifying statistics may be retained.
About Google Sign-In: Removing Block Burst Battle from Google Account → Third-party access only revokes the app’s access to your Google account. To remove data we store for the game, use the email request process above.
